Our organization is an ICT company seeking for qualified a candidate to fill in this role
Responsibilities:
Generation of periodic Service reports- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually
Review of Incident records for trends and problems
Respond to Incidents and Request in a timely manner
Escalate incidents and problems
Follow up with responsible Technical leads to resolve pending Incidents
Basic Administration task
CA Service Desk user creation
Configure email notification
Tracking the Cost of Outsourced Incident
Create awareness periodically on Incident resolution process
Capture incidents and request
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of BEng/BSC/HND in Computer Science or Electrical Electronics Engineering
Minimum of at least 4 years experience
Possession of ITIL certification is a must.
Good knowledge of data processing techniques.
Basic knowledge of computer networking and Microsoft office applications.
